1. Licensing & Usage Rights

When you purchase FewlySuite, you are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use the software. There are no recurring subscription fees.

  • Unlimited Domains: You may install and run the software on as many personal or client domains as you wish.
  • White-labeling: You are free to rebrand, rename, and change the logos of the software to match your business or agency identity.
  • Modification: You have full access to the unencrypted PHP source code. You may modify the code to add features or integrate with other systems.

2. Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw source code of any Fewly product as a standalone product.
  • You may not bundle our software into a larger software package intended for mass resale (e.g., selling a generic "CRM Script" on marketplaces like CodeCanyon).
  • You may use the software to provide a service to your clients, but you cannot sell the codebase itself.

3. Data Privacy & Telemetry

We believe in absolute data sovereignty.

  • None of our products contain "phone home" scripts, telemetry, or remote tracking.
  • All data generated by your usage of the software (including customer data, leads, tickets, and sales) resides strictly on your own server.
  • We do not collect, process, or have access to any of the data entered into your FewlySuite applications.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the delivery of 100% unencrypted, readable source code, all sales are considered final.

We provide full-featured, interactive live demos for all 12 products. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly test the demos to ensure the software meets your exact requirements before making a purchase. If you encounter a critical bug, our support team will work with you to provide a patch.

5. Support & Updates

Your purchase includes:

  • Lifetime Updates: You will receive all future updates, bug fixes, and feature additions to the 12 products included in your bundle at no additional cost.
  • 6 Months Support: We provide technical support for installation issues and core bug fixes for 6 months after purchase. Custom modification assistance is not included in standard support.
